Son's surgery!

Just a quick post to let you all know that my son's surgery went well. He has at least two metal plates, several pins and screws in his ankle and leg, but at least he didn't lose it. The doctor said he will have arthritis in that ankle but that is a small price to pay for not losing it and besides, we all suffer from that as we get older.

Thank all of you for the continued support and prayers. Prayers are surely what helped to sustain us in a trying time.

You guys are the "BEST"!

YAY!!! I've been waiting to hear :)

That tender heart can get us into trouble, but I'm glad to have it, too. I had to delete it off my blog b/c I couldn't get it to keep my column on the right up - ugh - this computer stuff!!!

I'm glad you had a good Mother's Day, despite the stomach bug that seems to be going around! Poor little chickie....throwing up is the worst.

And good news on your son!!!

Alls well that ends well, right? :)

I had been wondering how your son was doing. I almost emailed you to ask but didn't want to bother you. Thank you for the update. That is great news! Hugs!
